RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are really sorry if there is something wrong with your order.
The good news is that we can help as there is a 7 day return period as long as the item is in its original packaging unopened. Â
For hygiene reasons there is NO returns or exchange on  all soft furnishings and bedding unless the item is faulty, we should be notified immediately with attaching pictures.
Once approved, please send your item back, (return postage is at senders cost)
All returns will be for an exchange or store credit.
